Are there any additional charges that I need to be aware of?
No, there is just one fixed of £105 per month
Do I need to sign a contract?
No, there is no need to sign any forms or contracts.
Am I going to be locked into a long-term commitment?
No, the only requirement we have is a minimum term of 3 months. After that you can leave at any time you wish.
Are you going to be supplying the products?
No, this is only a service solution.
Can I include our current suppliers?
Yes, of course, you can include as many of your suppliers as you wish provided that they meet your requirements in terms of margin.
What if we would like to agree a different supplier margin value?
Yes, if you wish to agree a greater margin that 3% then we can manage that for you.
Will we still have a direct relationship with the suppliers and place my orders with them?
Definitely.
How much do I need to spend annually for this to be of benefit?
Ideally £10,000 or more but even if you spend a lower value we would recommend that you have your purchases analysed. It is free of charge, without any obligation and you never know what might be discovered.
Will there be any order minimum requirements with the suppliers?
No, there will be no minimum order values.
How will we know if delivery is included or if there is going to be an additional cost?
The quotations that we collate and submit to you will clearly show this.
What information do you require to carry out the initial analysis?
The information we require is the OEM Part Number, Description, Quantity, Price Paid and date of purchase.
How do you access the wholesale pricing?
We have and will continue to invest in a licenced product from a company called Knowledgebus.
How can we verify the pricing information you provide?
On request we can provide screen shots of the daily pricing to verify the data we send to you. In addition to the analysis and a summary of the quotes we will also send you the actual quotes from the suppliers for your records.
How can you guarantee a source at a 3% margin?
The investment in the licence includes access to a supply source called Probrand. They guarantee to supply at a 3% margin but we have now also obtained the same guarantee from another supplier.
